Office space for rent in Portland

Portland spreads its office stock across the river rather than concentrating it: the listing covers 60 units in 7 buildings, on Northeast Holladay Street, Northwest Raleigh Street and Southeast Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard. Rates run $336 to $665 per m² a year, units 5 m² to 520 m², median 60 m².

Three districts, three characters

Northwest Raleigh Street sits in the Pearl District, Portland's converted-warehouse quarter and the address with the most retail and restaurant frontage. Northeast Holladay Street is in the Lloyd District across the Willamette, close to the convention centre and the MAX lines. Southeast Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard runs through the industrial east side, where the rate falls towards the floor and the buildings are lower.

Getting around

Portland's MAX light rail connects all three districts and the airport, which matters here more than parking — the city is built around transit and cycling, and several of these addresses assume it. A 60 m² median suits teams of eight to ten. Each card shows the floor area, the floor and the asking rate per m² per year.
