Two business districts, two price levels

Gedimino prospektas is the ceremonial spine of Vilnius, running from the cathedral to parliament — a representative address with the rates to match. Konstitucijos prospektas and Žalgirio gatvė sit across the Neris in the Šnipiškės high-rise cluster, where the newer towers are, and where most international teams in Vilnius end up. Lvivo gatvė, a little further out, is the value option.

Practical notes

Vilnius has no metro, so transport in practice means trolleybus routes and parking. In the Šnipiškės towers parking is usually a separate monthly charge per space; on Gedimino it is often street-permit only. The 220 m² upper end of the range is the largest single unit currently listed in Vilnius — teams needing more take two adjacent units on one floor.
