- Submitting false, misleading or bulk enquiries, or enquiries on behalf of a person
who has not authorised you.
- Automated scraping, crawling or bulk downloading of listings, prices or photographs,
except by public search engines observing robots.txt.
- Republishing the Site’s listings or databases, in whole or in substantial part,
as your own offering.
- Attempting to bypass security or rate-limiting measures, probing for vulnerabilities,
or interfering with the operation of the Site.
- Uploading or transmitting malicious code.
- Using the Site for any unlawful purpose, including harassment or fraud.
Enforcement
We may throttle, block or permanently ban traffic and accounts that violate this policy,
and may report unlawful activity to the competent authorities. Where a violation causes us
loss, we reserve the right to seek compensation.
