Rentofficetoday.com (the «Site») is an advertising platform operated by LLC «Rent office today» («we», «us»). The Site publishes listings of office premises, coworking spaces, meeting rooms and business addresses offered for lease by building owners, operators and their authorised representatives («Providers») in cities around the world.
The Site helps you find and compare office space and send an enquiry to the relevant Provider. We are not a party to any lease, licence or service agreement you may conclude with a Provider. We do not act as your agent or broker, we do not negotiate terms on your behalf, and we do not handle payments between you and Providers.
We charge tenants no fee. Sending an enquiry through the Site is free and creates no obligation for you.
Listing information — including prices, available floor space, floor plans, photographs and amenities — is supplied by Providers or collected from publicly available sources. Prices shown in local currency may be converted from other currencies using current exchange rates and are indicative. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your dealings with Providers or from reliance on information published on the Site.
