Office space for rent in Livingston

Deer Park Drive supply

Livingston's listed offices number 8 lots, all at 8 Deer Park on Deer Park Drive. Livingston was laid out as a planned new town in West Lothian and its office stock reflects that origin: purpose-built estate buildings instead of converted period premises, with the 8 units here let and managed as one address.

Sizes in Livingston run from 5 m² to 90 m². The absence of anything above 90 m² tells a prospective tenant what the local search will and will not deliver — Livingston at this address is a market for small self-contained suites, not for a floor that houses an entire company.

Median of 38 m² and what it means

The median Livingston lot is 38 m², roughly four desks with circulation, and the two ends of the range serve different purposes: the 5 m² unit is a desk or a registered address, while the 90 m² unit is the largest single space in Livingston and the only realistic option for a team of about ten.

Because all 8 Livingston lots sit in one building, timing matters more than searching. When the 90 m² unit is occupied, the practical route is two neighbouring suites around the 38 m² median, so which of the 8 units adjoin each other is the first thing to establish on a Livingston viewing.
