Office space for rent in Jackson

A market of small suites

Jackson's listing is short and specific: 8 office lots at one address, 232 Market Street, ranging from 5 m² to 90 m². Nothing in Jackson exceeds 90 m², which frames the city as a place for small teams, satellite offices and professional practices rather than for consolidating a large headcount onto one floor.

The 38 m² median

The median Jackson lot measures 38 m² — a four- to five-desk room with space for storage. Planning a Jackson office around that 38 m² median rather than around the 90 m² maximum keeps the fit-out simple: units this size usually arrive as one enclosed room, and growth means taking a second unit from the remaining lots instead of moving walls.

Negotiating in a one-address market

All 8 Jackson lots sharing 232 Market Street removes the location variable, so the negotiation runs on term, fit-out and service charge instead. It also sets a hard ceiling on the search: a tenant needing more than 90 m² will not find it in the current Jackson listing, and the workable answer is combining two of the 8 units.
