Office space for rent in Karachi

Karachi's office listing follows the city's commercial spine: 28 units in 3 buildings on I.I. Chundrigar Road, Moulvi Tamizuddin Khan Road and Sea View Road. Rates run $336 to $816 per m² a year, and units span 5 m² to 220 m² with a median of 45 m².

Pakistan's financial street

I.I. Chundrigar Road carries the head offices of most Pakistani banks and is the address that signals financial-sector standing in Karachi — the top of this range. Moulvi Tamizuddin Khan Road runs nearby through the older administrative quarter. Sea View Road sits out towards Clifton and DHA, the residential and newer commercial districts, which suits companies whose staff live on that side of the city.

What to confirm

Ask two things early in Karachi: generator capacity and how it is billed, and the building's arrangements for staff parking, which is tight along Chundrigar Road. Both are ordinary parts of a Karachi office search. Each card shows the floor area, the floor and the asking rate per m² per year.
