Office space for rent in Leatherhead

Dorset House on Kingston Road

Leatherhead's listed supply is 1 building — Dorset House, Kingston Road — divided into 8 offices. With a single property in play, a tenant in Leatherhead has no comparable evidence to negotiate against, so the leverage lies in lease length and inclusive terms rather than in headline rent. Reviewing all 8 lots in one appointment is realistic and worth doing before committing to any of them.

Small suites: median 24 m²

Unit sizes in Leatherhead run from 5 m² to 72 m², and the median lot is just 24 m². That profile is unambiguous: Dorset House is single-room territory, not floor-plate territory. A 24 m² suite houses a small professional team, and the 72 m² maximum sets the practical limit for a Leatherhead office here — a department-sized relocation would need to be split, or looked for elsewhere.

Why Surrey firms use Leatherhead

Leatherhead sits where the M25 meets the A24, with a direct rail link into the capital, which is why the town carries a disproportionate share of corporate and technical head offices for its size. Kingston Road puts the 8 available suites in Leatherhead within that catchment, giving a small consultancy the same road access as much larger neighbours without a city-centre rent.
