The Terrace and beyond

Saint Georges Terrace runs west to east through central Perth and is the address that signals a serious mining, energy or professional-services presence. Murray Street Mall sits a block north in the retail core, and Havelock Street lies at the West Perth end, traditionally the home of junior exploration companies — the same district, a distinctly lower rate. Scarborough Beach Road moves out towards Osborne Park and the suburban stock.
