Office space for rent in Petaling Jaya

Petaling Jaya is Kuala Lumpur's western business district and prices accordingly: rates here run $450 to $816 per m² a year, a higher floor than most cities on this site. The listing covers 34 units in 4 buildings, on Dataran Bandar Utama and along the Jalan PJU roads.

Bandar Utama and the PJU corridors

Dataran Bandar Utama sits beside the One Utama complex and the MRT station of the same name, which puts Petaling Jaya's newest office stock on a direct rail line into central Kuala Lumpur. The Jalan PJU addresses run through Mutiara Damansara and Bandar Utama's surrounding sections, mixing office towers with the light-industrial stock the area grew from.

Sizes and terms

Units in Petaling Jaya span 5 m² to 172 m², median 50 m². Nothing above 172 m² is currently listed here, so a larger team would take adjacent units on one floor. Confirm the service-charge arrangement before signing: in Petaling Jaya it is normally quoted separately from rent, unlike the inclusive monthly rates common in the UK centres on this site.
