What the listings actually say

We run office listings in 1200+ cities, which means we can answer questions about the market by counting rather than estimating. These studies are built from live asking prices, with the method written out in full so anyone can check the arithmetic.

Reproduction is welcome. Every number here may be quoted, charted or rebuilt, in print or online, provided the source is named and the study is linked. No permission request needed.

Method before headline. Each study states its sample, its exclusions, its exchange rates and its limits. Where the data is thin, we say so in the study rather than in a footnote.

For journalists. We can supply the full dataset behind any study, a breakdown for a single city, or a figure prepared for a specific market. Ask us and we will send it.
