On a median 48 m² suite the arithmetic is concrete: roughly $21,600 a year at the $450 median, while the gap between the cheapest and the dearest rate is worth about $23,000 a year on the same footprint.

Nine buildings hold the 80 units listed in Shenzhen, and the addresses fall where the city's office stock actually sits: Futian, with Ping An International and Futian NEO; the Nanshan science belt around South Keyuan Road; and the older Luohu stretch of the Shennan axis at Shen Nan Dong Lu.
