Rents split the market in two

Nine buildings hold the 80 units listed in Shenzhen, and the addresses fall where the city's office stock actually sits: Futian, with Ping An International and Futian NEO; the Nanshan science belt around South Keyuan Road; and the older Luohu stretch of the Shennan axis at Shen Nan Dong Lu.
