Tsim Sha Tsui or Kwun Tong

The spread is geography, not quality. Canton Road, Austin Road and Austin Road West sit in Tsim Sha Tsui at the harbour, with the retail frontage and the tourist traffic, and they carry the top of the Kowloon range.
