Stari Grad, the pedestrian centre around Knez Mihailova, holds 3 buildings and 18 units at $28–55/m² — you pay for the address, and the units are smaller. Zemun is the cheapest option we list, 2 buildings and 7 units at $27–31/m². Vračar adds 3 serviced centres (Makenzijeva 37, Svetog Save 14, Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 18) where pricing is quoted on request.
